Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 cassava tubers (- medium-sized)
  • For: 3
  • Preparation: 15 min
  • Cooking: 45 min
  • Ready in: 1 h

Instructions

  1. Peel the cassava tubers, cut them into quarters, boil them for 10 minutes
  2. Then fry the boiled cassava. Put oil on medium heat, use enough oil to deep fry the cassava, wait until it's soft when you poke it.
  3. Place the cassava on a plate and sprinkle some salt onto them.
